Note by the secretariat 1. The annex to the present note sets out a note verbale dated 6 August 2019 received by the secretariat from the Permanent Mission of Indonesia to the United Nations, setting out the offer of the Government of Indonesia to host the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Minamata Convention. The Government of Indonesia has communicated its intention to provide further information regarding its offer at the third meeting of the Conference of the Parties.
